The dentist had several surgeries after lifting an X-Ray machine and pulling muscles in his back. He could not return to work but was denied twice by the SSA. Patrick Sherlock of Kalispell, MT appealed his case and was able to convince the ALJ's office that the dentist could be awarded SSD of $2500 per month without a hearing and that the ALJ's decision could be based on the medical evidence in the record.
