this is my parents case
my father is 67 and I took him to apply for his ssi benefits. In his application there was a question regarding the life insurane and my answer to that is he has 20years term life insurance which my oldest sister has bought and she pays premier for that and she is the beneficery as well.

My son has specific learning disablites, and also speech and language disorders and has been denied on his appeal. I don't currently have an income. My sons case started in 2007. through out the pat few years his case has been handled poorly. His case was "lost" for two years. When they finally sent it to Springfield it took an additional year to review. They sent him to a speech path for additional review and she evaluated him in 15 mins flat which I don't feel is enough time to evaluate a child.I just received the denial today and would like to appeal it ASAP.
